We typically build projects in phases, with the most critical tasks being accomplished first. At each subsequent phase of the development process, we meet with you to make sure the technology solution to your business problem is on track.

We develop your software using existing and commercially available code where possible and focus on the interfaces (the glue) that connects the code. Products are typically developed on a development system and then deployed to a test system for quality assurance. Upon passing quality assurance tests defined in the specification, they are deployed to production systems.

One "point person" will be designated to your account and will be your single point of contact for issues related to the development. We also provide regular, executive level reporting to allow you to monitor the project's progress.

The deliverable for this service is working, tested code and its associated documentation. Documentation is provided in both overview and detailed format. At your option, Kubera can provide training to your personnel to take over the code for further development and maintenance purposes.
